Description

In Yoga Stories, kids explore the world of yoga through fun and imaginative movement! This class combines simple yoga poses and stretches with engaging stories that spark the imagination. As we move through each pose, we'll practice mindfulness to help calm our minds and bodies. This class will help learners develop meditation and mindfulness techniques useful when dealing with our feelings, big or small.

What We'll Do:

  • Practice Yoga Poses: Learn and perform simple poses and stretches.
  • Explore Stories: Move through creative stories that make yoga fun and engaging.
  • Mindfulness Moments: Incorporate mindfulness techniques to relax and focus.
